เป็นสินค้าสำเร็จรูปเตรียมส่งให้ลูกค้าสำหรับฉลาก OPP
This is the process to take printed roll
to split the rim out
then seperates the roll apart.
Made as finished product ready for customer delivery of OPP label.
เป็นม้วน Slit เพื่อส่งต่อไปที่แผนกประกบกาว สำหรับฉลากประเภท PVC
The Slit roll is for handover to glue adheresive department for PVC label
การประกบกาว (Center Seal)
เป็นการนำม้วนฟิล์มที่ผ่านการตัดแยกมาแล้ว มาทำการประกาวให้ได้ตามขนาด
มาตรฐานที่ลูกค้าเป็นผู้กำหนด สำหรับฉลากประเภท PVC

การตรวจงานพิมพ์ และรอยประกบ
(Doctor or Re-reeling)
เป็นการนำม้วนฟิล์มที่ผ่านการประกบกาวแล้ว มาทำการตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยอีกครั้ง
ก่อนบรรจุลงกล่อง การตรวจสอบจะทำการตรวจทั้งในส่วนของภาพพิมพ์
และรอยประกบกาวเพื่อให้สินค้ามีคุณภาพดีที่สุด สำหรับฉลาก PVC แบบงานส่งม้วน
